Bronze Squad coach Jamie Connors was selected through a competitive application process for inclusion in the Canadian Swimming Coaches Association (CSCA) Technical Development Cohort.  The  Technical Development Cohort,  along with the Leadership Development cohort, aim to elevate the skills and knowledge of Canadian swim coaches, enhancing their impact on athletes and the swimming community.
