Patriot success at the 2024 Summer Festival South

Congratulations to the 25 Patriot swimmers who competed this past weekend at the 2024 Summer Festival South meet in Lethbridge. In total, there were 97 personal bests achieved and 12 podium finishes, including gold and silver in the mixed 100m free and mixed 100m medley relays, respectively.

Samantha led the way with a gold in the 100m fly and bronze in the 100m back. Nolan and Audrey each captured two silver medals, while Sophia secured two bronzes. Samantha's 2:02.13 time in the 100m fly not only won her the gold medal but also set a new club record for 8 & under females. She also added her name to the 6th spot on the Club’s 50 fly 8 & under top 10 list. Audrey’s 44.32 swim in the 50m breast placed her in the 9th spot on the 9-10 top ten list and earned her a spot at the 2024 summer provincials with her first provincial trials time.
