We hope you can join us for an evening of fun at our Black Squad end of year party.
Date: Tuesday, December 9th, 2025.
Time: 4:30pm - 6:30pm (please arrive 15 minutes early)

Cost: Approx. $20 per swimmer. This includes 2 games in total during the 1st hour and then 1 hour in the party room with pizza, drinks and snacks!

Pre-registration and Waiver - Nerf City has provided a link for parents to register their child prior to the event which will save you time on the night. Once your child has been registered, there is an online waiver to complete as well.
RSVP Deadline: Friday 28th November, 2025
We are also collecting an optional $10 contribution toward a gift for Coach Lauren. To opt out of the gift, please include "OPT OUT" in the Declaration Notes. Please note the gift contribution ($10) is not included in the cost of the party.
If your swimmer is unable to attend but you would still like to contribute to the coach’s gift, please include "GIFT ONLY" in the Declaration Notes. If you do not wish to contribute, please indicate "OPT OUT" when declining the event.
