We hope you can join us for some COR.Fit with Grey Squad!
Date: Sunday, December 17th
Time: 1:45-3:30pm
Location: COR.Fit, 77 Edmonton Trail, Calgary, AB T2E 8M8
Cost: Approximately $20-$25 per swimmer. This includes 1 hour (plus) of COR.Fit, snacks, and refreshments.
Deadline to RSVP is Thursday, December 14th at noon.
We are also collecting an optional $10 contribution for a gift for Coach Chad. If you would like to OPT OUT of the gift, please indicate so in the Declaration Notes.
Waiver
Attached, you'll find the waiver that can be filled out and submitted electronically, OR that can be brought in to COR.Fit. If your child has visited the facility within the past year, there should already be a waiver on file. If it's been longer than a year, you will need to complete a new waiver.
Important - please read:
- Kids need to be there at 1:45-1:50pm to check in, ensure their waivers are completed, etc, as there is a hard start time of 2:00pm;
- Kids need to be in active wear (shorts/leggings and t-shirts, indoor running shoes - no socks or bare feet);
- Kids need to bring their own water bottles as there are no water fountains;
- Kids will be in the gym for around an hour (maybe a little over), completing "ninja warrior" type activities, challenges, etc;
- Snacks will be available from 3:00-3:30pm, and parents
can pick up at that time; - No additional active adult supervision is needed when the kids are in the gym; they will have coaches working with the kids;
- Please park in COR.Fit's designated parking spaces. Surrounding businesses are protective of their parking and WILL have cars towed.
