PATRIOTS AWARDS BANQUET
Hello swimmers and families,
The end of the season is fast approaching and it's time to celebrate the swimmers' accomplishments at the Annual Patriots Awards Banquet.
Please join us at the Polish Canadian Cultural Centre on Sunday, June 23rd, from 5-10pm.
Tickets are $35 each and the total cost will be charged to your Patriots account. The deadline to RSVP is Monday, June 10th at noon.
In the past this event has sold out quickly so please limit attendance to swimmers and their immediate family.
Sign-Up Directions
Please RSVP under only one of your swimmers and indicate in the Declaration Notes how many tickets you would like (total number of tickets = number of swimmers + number of immediate family members attending the banquet). Please also indicate in the Declaration Notes if there are any dietary restrictions so that we can do our best to accommodate.
