PATRIOTS AWARDS BANQUET
The end of the season is fast approaching, and it's time to celebrate our swimmers' accomplishments at the Annual Patriots Awards Banquet!
Join us at the Polish Canadian Cultural Centre on Sunday, June 22nd, from 5:00–10:00 PM.
Tickets are $40 each, which includes entrance and a delicious meal. The total cost will be charged to your Patriots account.
Please RSVP by Monday, June 9th at noon.
Note: Attendance is limited to swimmers and their immediate family members only.
Sign-Up Instructions
RSVP under only one of your swimmers. In the Declaration Notes, indicate:
- The total number of tickets needed (swimmers + immediate family members attending)
- Any dietary restrictions so we can do our best to accommodate.
