We’re excited to offer Silver Squad swimmers an opportunity to team build and give back to our community by volunteering together at the CPMA Fall Harvest, supporting the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation and other local charities.
Our squad will work together at the produce sales stations, helping guests fill their baskets, answering questions and keeping the produce stocked.

Participation is completely optional. It’s a great opportunity for swimmers to represent the Calgary Patriots, connect with their teammates outside the pool, and support a great local cause. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
We also need a handful of parents to volunteer and help supervise small groups of swimmers throughout the event. If you are available to help, please indicate this in your Event Declaration notes. Once we have received everyone’s RSVPs, I'll contact those parents directly to confirm their role.
A few things to know:

Volunteers should be comfortable standing for most of the shift.

Youth volunteers must be aged 12+ and must be supervised by an adult volunteer.

Parking at the Stampede Grounds is $18, or consider taking transit.

Because the event has a limited number of volunteer spots, participation is reserved for Silver Squad swimmers and the designated parent volunteers. Unfortunately, siblings will not be able to participate as volunteers.
