White & Green Squad Pool Party
Date: Friday, May 31st
Time: 4:00-6:30 pm
Location: Southland Leisure Centre
Cost: Approx. $15 per swimmer. This includes entry to the pool and snacks / refreshments.
Deadline to RSVP is Monday, May 27th at noon.
DETAILS: We will celebrate coming to the end of the year by swimming together at Southland Leisure Centre. We will have some light snacks provided at the beginning and then send kids in groups to the pool. Coaches will stay until about 6:30pm. Siblings and parents are welcome to join (just pay the Southland entrance fees).
We will meet those that want to arrive early around 4:00pm and send them in to swim for 4:30pm, a coach or parent will hang out in the front lobby with the snacks to gather a later group of kids together to head in around 5:00pm.
We encourage all swimmers to travel in groups of 2+ and to let their coach/ parent know when they are leaving the pool area for any reason. Please bring a quarter for the lockers.
Feel free to leave a note if you will be arriving later or earlier so we know to keep an eye out, and inform your child if their pickup time is earlier or later than 6:45pm from Southland.

IMPORTANT:
In the Declaration Notes, please include the number of additional people who will be attending (# of parents and siblings). There will be an additional fee of approx. $5 per person to cover the cost of food. Pool entry fees should be paid independently at Southland Leisure Centre.
