We hope you can join us for some climbing fun with White Squad 2!
DATE: Friday, December 6th
TIME: 4:45-7:00 pm
LOCATION: Calgary Climbing Centre (Rocky Mountain location), 10721 West Valley Road SW
COST: Approximately $25-$30 per swimmer. This includes 1 hour of climbing in the ClimbPark, pizza, treats, and refreshments.
Deadline to RSVP is Friday, November 27th at noon.
NOTES:
- All participants require a Waiver. Please submit your waiver before you arrive. LINK TO WAIVER.
- Please arrive at 4:45pm to check in, ensure waivers are completed, and receive a harness. Climbing will start at 5:00pm.
- Active wear and clean running shoes are required.
- After the party, please pick your child up in the Summit Party Room (second floor between the Front Desk and ClimbPark).
In the Declaration Notes, please also include your swimmer's choice of pizza:
- Cheese
- Pepperoni
- Hawaiian
- Vegetarian
COACH GIFT:
We are also collecting an optional $10 contribution toward a gift for Coach Alex. If you would like to opt out of this contribution, please include “OPT OUT” in the Declaration Notes. If you are comfortable with the contribution, the total charge for the event will be approximately $35-$40.
If your child cannot attend the event, you can still contribute to the coach's gift. Please include “OPT OUT” in the Declaration Notes if you do not wish to contribute.
