No refunds of fees will be issued in the event of a dismissal.
The Calgary Patriots Swim Club’s Board of Directors and coaches endeavor to provide a positive experience for all swimmers,coaches, parents/guardians, and officials while they are involved in a Club-related activity.
Please review the Swim Alberta Code of Conduct and Ethics, Complaints Resolution Policy, Dispute Resolution Policy, and Appeal Policy before completing your registration. Execution of this registration agreement constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all Swim Alberta policies.
The Code of Conduct and Ethics applies to “all Individuals” involved with Swim Alberta and its clubs, including but not limited to, athletes (swimmers), coaches, officials, volunteers, staff and administrators, club leaders (directors, managers, etc.), and parents/guardians.
Additionally to what is stipulated in these policies, swimmers and their parent(s)/guardian(s) are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any property damaged or destroyed by the swimmer’s negligent or intentional actions.
By completing your registration, you agree to the four Discipline Policies listed above.
